This progressive leaf spring system replaces the factory setup with a full‑progressive design that adds approximately 1″ of rear lift while improving ride quality and rear suspension performance.

Unlike stock leaf springs, Carli’s progressive pack delivers a smooth initial spring rate at ride height for better unloaded comfort and increased suspension travel before the airbags engage. By altering the rear height sensor and including sensor, airbag, and air tank relocation hardware, the system maintains proper auto‑leveling functionalityand preserves the truck’s factory payload capacity.
