Built around a 12-volt series-wound motor and a 3-stage planetary geartrain, the ZEON 10-S provides strong, consistent pulling power with smooth operation. The winch includes 100 feet of 3/8" Spydura® synthetic rope, which reduces overall weight while remaining extremely strong and easy to handle compared to traditional steel cable.

A hyper-durable cast aluminum housing, stainless hardware, and a satin-black powder-coat finish provide exceptional strength and corrosion resistance. The ZEON series also features improved sealing and IP68 waterproof protection, helping keep water, mud, and dust out of critical components during demanding off-road use.

For installation flexibility, the winch includes a convertible control pack that can be mounted directly on the winch or relocated for custom bumper setups. Combined with WARN’s automatic mechanical cone brake and robust internal components, the ZEON 10-S delivers reliable recovery performance when it matters most.
