Introducing our Jack-of-All-Trades System designed specifically for air-assist Ram 3500 owners who demand massive capacity without compromising on handling or ride quality. Here’s what sets this system apart:
System Highlights:

Enhanced Ride Height:
- Raises the front of your Ram 3”-3.5” (depending on cab configuration) while providing 50% more suspension travel than the factory setup, thanks to taller, lighter rate coil springs.

Progressive Leaf Spring Pack:
- Custom-designed with Deaver Spring to lift the rear 2.5” while improving unloaded ride quality and maintaining the truck’s payload capacity.
- The innovative design alters the rear position sensor to ensure air bags are deflated at the new ride height, enhancing ride quality and increasing up-travel before engaging the airbags.

Safety Net for Heavy Loads:
- Should the air system fail, the leaf springs are engineered to support the truck’s capacity, ensuring you can make it home even if loaded to capacity.
Compatibility Considerations:

ALT Trailer Height Functionality:
- When unloaded, the system will not allow the “ALT Trailer Height” button to drop the rear by 1” for trailer hook-up. However, it functions normally when loaded, offering a safer and better ride.
Factory Air System Enhancements:
- After extensive revisions, we found the perfect spacer height to achieve full travel with the factory air bag, complemented by a relocation bracket for the rear height sensor to ensure proper operation of the load leveling system.
- Includes a custom bracket and airline to relocate the factory air tank to the spare tire area, accommodating larger tires (recommended 35”-37”) and alleviating interference with the Amp Research Step.
Performance Shocks:
- Equipped with Carli-specific, blueprinted King 2.5” shocks on all four corners, featuring:
- Custom pistons designed for optimal base flow rates tailored for heavy-duty truck performance.
- Oversized shafts made from 17-4 Stainless Steel, ensuring durability against wear and weather, with a finish that withstands extreme temperatures down to -55° F.
Sway Bar Options:

Billet Sway Bar Drop Brackets:
- Shift the sway bar down and forward to ensure proper cycling of the factory end links throughout the extended travel range.

Optional Torsion Sway Bar:
- Replaces the entire factory assembly with a torsion bar supported by fabricated drop brackets and delrin bushings, offering a significant upgrade in ride quality.
Axle Centering Solutions:

Adjustable Track Bar:
- Corrects axle alignment after lift, shifting it back toward the passenger side for enhanced stability.

Radius Arm Drop Brackets:
- Recapture caster adjustment and center the axle in its new travel range.
Wheel and Tire:
This system fitment is the same for the SRW and DRW.
Single Rear Wheel:
Up to a 37” tire when utilizing wheels that are no more than 9” wide with 5.75-6” of backspacing. A 12.5” wide should fit with no rubbing on the factory radius arm and only minor trimming required, while a 13.5” will require more trimming and slightly more offset to fit properly. 35” tires will fit with VERY minimal, if any trimming. We Recommend running an 18” diameter wheel for optimal ride quality (more rubber = better small bump compliance) on a 35”-37” E-rated tire running 45psi front, 40psi rear when unloaded.
Dual Rear Wheel:
Up to a 35” tire when utilizing wheels that are near stock backspacing. DRW Wheels are a different animal, entirely. Some want to remove the front Dually spacers and run standard wheels, others run dually wheels with a slightly increased width to run a wider tire. Our recommendation is to increase the width to run a 12.5” wide tire, but keep the offset/backspacing as near to stock as possible to ensure the rear track width remains as narrow as possible. We Recommend running a 17”-18” diameter wheel for optimal ride quality (more rubber = better small bump compliance) on a 35” E-rated tire running 45psi front, 30psi rear (DRW ONLY) when unloaded.
