The Carli Long Travel Air Bag System (CS‑DLTB‑19‑4.25) is a premium rear air suspension upgrade engineered for 2019 and newer Dodge Ram 3500 4×4 trucks with 4.25″ axle tubes that have a 1″–2″ rear lift and are leveled to a 3″ front lift. Its long‑travel air bags provide up to 12″ of usable travel and are designed to restore factory payload capacity and improve ride quality when using Carli’s full progressive leaf springs in lifted applications.

These durable air bags feature a tapered piston and folding sleeve design that won’t interfere with suspension ride quality when uninflated and include all necessary 1/4″ airline, fittings, and Schrader valves for manual fill or integration with an existing onboard air system. At 100 psi, each bag supports up to 2,000 lbs of load, making the system ideal for big fifth‑wheel trailers, campers, work gear, boats, and other heavy loads.
